Privacy Policy

How Google uses your data

This Privacy Policy explains how InterDine GmbH, operating under the brand "4 Elements Dinner" ("we", "our", or "us"), collects, uses, processes, stores, transfers, and protects personal data in connection with our immersive dining experiences and related services.

We are committed to handling personal data responsibly and transparently, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and related German data protection laws.

By accessing our websites, making a booking, purchasing a voucher, or otherwise providing us with personal data, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local and session storage. We use strictly necessary technologies without consent (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). In countries requiring consent, including the EU/EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, other technologies are used only with your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can grant or refuse separately for Statistics and Marketing in the cookie banner. In other countries we use statistics and marketing technologies from the page visit based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object at any time through Cookie settings. We respect signals such as Global Privacy Control as an objection to marketing.

Strictly necessary. Our website runs on Google Cloud infrastructure through Replit. GAESA routes requests to a server instance (about 30 days, not analytics or advertising). We remember choices for 365 days with optional consent, otherwise 180 days. Your IP address may be evaluated briefly for country determination without storing it. Where a reliable country is unavailable, we conservatively use consent-required group A.

Statistics (Google Analytics 4). Without consent the Google tag sends cookieless signals only (Google Consent Mode); this technically transmits IP address and browser information to Google (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in audience measurement). With consent Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_[ID]. Analytics data retention: 14 months. Browser-cookie lifetimes are separate and listed below.

Marketing (Google Ads, Meta). We measure advertising effectiveness. Where marketing is permitted, advertising click identifiers (gclid, fbclid) and campaign parameters (utm) may be retained for up to 90 days and permitted page and booking events sent to Google and Meta. Contact details in server-side Meta booking reports are transmitted only in hashed form. Campaign parameters may be passed in links to the booking website. This disclosure does not activate additional services.

Our campaign measurement uses this brand’s actually enabled purpose-bound identifiers. tsm_tid, tsm_vid and tsm_identity_v1 were not observed in the measurement below; we therefore do not claim their use or additional anonymous click counting without consent.

Recipients and international transfers. Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms Inc., Replit Inc., and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. for payments. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or alternatively Standard Contractual Clauses.

Withdrawal and objection. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change, withdraw or object to your choices at any time. We then delete affected cookies and storage entries that this website can access. Necessary choice and withdrawal records remain. The fr cookie belongs to facebook.com and can only be deleted there or in your browser; the same restriction applies to doubleclick.net third-party cookies.

Your Privacy Choices (US residents)

US residents can object through Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We honor Global Privacy Control as an objection to marketing.

Observed cookie and storage inventory (24.10.2026)

Fresh browser, followed by Accept all and withdrawal. This is not a completeness claim for other devices, countries, later visits or external booking sites. Unobserved entries are not presented as set.

Marketing (Google Ads, Meta).

Your Privacy Choices (US residents)

US-Bewohner können über „Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information“ widersprechen. Global Privacy Control wird als Widerspruch gegen Marketing berücksichtigt.
