General Terms and Conditions – Elements Dinner Show by InterDine GmbH (Hong Kong Events Only)
一般條款與細則 – InterDine GmbH 主辦之 Elements Dinner Show（僅限香港活動）

1. Scope and Agreement
These Terms apply to all Elements Dinner Show events held in Hong Kong by InterDine GmbH, a company registered in Germany. By purchasing tickets or attending the event, the customer (“you”) agrees to these Terms.
本條款適用於所有由 InterDine GmbH（德國註冊公司）於香港舉辦之 Elements Dinner Show 活動。顧客（「您」）一經購票或出席活動，即表示同意本條款之所有內容。

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in HKD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Depending on the event, payment may be required in full, in part (deposit), or only on-site.
Details will be specified during the booking process.
Any remaining balance must be paid on-site after the event has ended, unless otherwise specified during the booking process.
價格以港幣計算，除非另有說明，已包括相關稅項。
根據不同活動，可能需於預訂時全額付款、部分付款（訂金）或僅於現場付款。
具體付款方式將於預訂流程中列明。
如有餘額，必須於活動結束後於現場支付，除非於預訂流程中另有說明。
4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refund Policy
The Organizer may reschedule, delay, or cancel the event due to technical, safety, or force majeure reasons.
If the event is canceled by the Organizer, Customers may request a full refund within 14 business days.
Customers may reschedule their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time by contacting us via email. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Requests made within 72 hours before the event are not guaranteed and may be treated as no-shows, with no entitlement to refund or rescheduling.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or customer-initiated cancellations.
主辦方可因技術、安全或不可抗力因素，對活動進行更改、延遲或取消。
如活動由主辦方取消，顧客可於 14 個工作日內申請全額退款。
顧客可於活動開始前最少 72 小時電郵申請更改預訂，費用全免，惟須視乎供應情況而定。
如於活動開始前不足 72 小時提出更改，主辦方不保證可安排更改，並可能視為缺席 (no-show)，恕不退款或重新安排。
遲到、缺席或自行取消均不設退款。
5. Admission and Seating
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. Seating is arranged by staff and cannot be changed.
The Organizer reserves the right to combine small groups at shared tables.
請於活動開始前至少15分鐘到達。座位由工作人員安排，恕不接受更改。
主辦方有權安排小型團體共同入座。
6. Allergies and Dietary Information
Meals may contain allergens. It is your responsibility to notify us in advance.
We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
餐點可能含有致敏原，顧客有責任事前通知。
主辦方無法保證提供完全不含致敏物質的膳食。
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law:
The Organizer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the booking.
This exclusion does not apply in cases of gross negligence or personal injury caused by the Organizer.
在香港法律許可範圍內：
主辦方對任何間接或連帶損失概不負責；
最高賠償金額不得超過顧客支付之預訂費用；
若因重大疏忽或導致人身傷害，以上責任限制不適用。
8. Personal Data
To ensure clarity and full PDPO compliance, we propose replacing Section 9 with the following wording:
We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
Personal data is collected and used solely for the purpose of processing bookings, delivering the booked event, customer support, and related operational communication.
Personal data will not be used for direct marketing purposes unless the customer has provided separate and explicit consent.
為確保條款清晰並完全符合《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章），我們建議以以下內容取代第9條：
我們遵守香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）。
所收集的個人資料僅用於處理預訂、提供已預訂的活動、客戶支援及相關營運溝通之目的。
除非顧客已另行提供明確同意，否則個人資料不會用於直接促銷用途。
9. Gift Cards
Valid for 36 months from date of purchase.
Can be used to pay for tickets and beverages.
Not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Lost cards will not be replaced.
禮品卡有效期為購買日起36個月；
可用於購買門票及飲品；
不可兌換現金（法律規定除外）；
如遺失，恕不補發。
10. Corporate Bookings
Corporate bookings are subject to separate written agreements.
Unless stated otherwise, corporate bookings are non-refundable.
公司預訂另設書面協議；
除非另有約定，否則公司預訂恕不退款。
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any dispute or claim shall be primarily resolved by arbitration under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules.
The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong and the language shall be English.
For small-value disputes (under HKD 75,000), either party may choose to proceed via the ordinary courts of Hong Kong.
本條款受香港法律管轄。
任何爭議或索償應首先根據香港國際仲裁中心（HKIAC）管理規則進行仲裁解決。
仲裁地為香港，語言為英語。
如爭議金額少於港幣75,000元，任何一方可選擇由香港普通法院審理。
